For avid gym-goers, social distancing can be pretty frustrating. Being removed from your normal routine can leave you unmotivated and on your second bowl of cereal rather than your second set of reps.
Whether you live for a good sweat or you are just trying to get started, there are a number of free resources that can keep you motivated and looking forward to your at home workout. It is a good idea to switch it up every once in awhile, you may even find something you really enjoy, learn a new skill, or discover muscles you didn’t even know existed.

Planet Fitness
