No-Bake Ube Pie CBD Recipe

Pie Crust Ingredients:⠀

1 cup of pitted Medjool dates ⠀

1/2 cup cashews ⠀

1/2 pumpkin seeds⠀

1/4 tsp sea salt ⠀

1tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp Receptra Naturals CBD

Ube Pie Filling:⠀

2 purple sweet potatoes ⠀

1/3 cup coconut cream ⠀

1/4 cup maple syrup ⠀

1tbsp Receptra CBD oil ⠀

1 tbsp grated ginger ⠀

1tsp cinnamon powder⠀

1tsp vanilla extract ⠀

1/4 tsp sea salt ⠀

No-Bake Ube Pie Directions: ⠀

Peel and dice purple sweet potatoes and steam for 10-15 minutes until soft. ⠀

In the meantime, I’m a food processor ass your dates, nuts, seeds, salt and vanilla extract and pulse 5-8 time until left with a doughy consistency. ⠀

Transfer “dough” on to a pie tray and press down and around until your surface is completely covered. Set aside in fridge. ⠀

Once the sweet potatoes are cooked, transfer into a high-speed blender and add coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, Receptra Naturals CBD oil, ginger, cinnamon & sea salt. ⠀

Blend everything until smooth.⠀

Pour filling in the pie tray and spread out evenly.⠀

Let your pie chill for 2-3 hours, serve & enjoy.
