Damage During Shipping
We take our customer satisfaction very seriously. All of Receptra’s products are tested for quality, and each shipment is carefully inspected before leaving our production facility. Despite our best efforts, sometimes the road can be rough. We do ask that you please check your package carefully upon arrival to ensure that it has not been damaged in transit.
