Receptra Naturals CBD Hemp Farming, Manufacturing & Quality
Apr 07, 2020
There are several reasons that Receptra CBD Oil is known for its purity and effectiveness.
It all starts on the farm with compassionate farmers who understand the importance of thoughtful and detailed growing, harvesting and processing techniques. At Receptra, transparency is very important. We are happy to share with you exactly what it is that we do, so you have a greater understanding of the products you use and how they came to be.
Hand-Shucked Quality Hemp
Our staff proudly harvest the fully grown plants and hang up the good stuff to dry. Too much moisture means the plant is a little sticky and difficult to work with. Once enough of the moisture evaporates, the dried hemp plants are hand-shucked to remove stalks and stems while preserving the very best parts of the plant to create the most effective products. Hand-shucking also keeps the plant compounds from being broken down unnecessarily which can impact taste of the product and volume of certain compounds like chlorophyll.
"Great quality agricultural products start with the finished plant product. Our proprietary hemp genetics grow as much as 14-15% cannabinoids and high quantities of terpenes for a true entourage-effect boost. And, much in the same way you'd prefer your wine to be made from all grapes and no grapevines, we prefer our hemp extracts to be made from all flowers and no stems and stalks. At Receptra, we cut the stalks in the fields and hang them to dry. We then strip the flower from each stalk by hand to be turned into our true full-spectrum high quality hemp (CBD) extract. Our commitment to quality, consistent products starts at our farms and finishes in your hands."
Cold Ethanol Extraction
The extraction of cannabis using cold ethanol is highly effective as it extracts a much broader range of compounds than hydrocarbon extractions. The proprietary component of our ethanol extraction method involves using very specific temperatures during the process allowing us to safely extract all terpenes and cannabinoids from the plant in the best way possible to come up with the most effective full spectrum CBD Oil, all without compromising the integrity of the compounds.
cGMP Certification
Receptra is one of the few and one of the first cGMP certified CBD companies. cGMP stands for Current Good Manufacturing Practice, which is a comprehensive term that includes regulations enforced by the FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration).
As cGMP is implemented in the CBD industry, consumers can buy with confidence knowing they are purchasing a safe, pure, effective product from a manufacturer who has taken extra steps to ensure rigorous production standards.
